re: pulling and pushing stuff.

Having a physical education background I often can see how and why people get hurt at work or while traveling with carrying stuff. Most women are very weak in their upper body. My experience is that if women took the time to lift some light weights even once a week and exercised on a regular basis, they'd have some strength to manage with these tasks. It's when we attempt doing these we are not used to that we injury ourselves.
