Stretch Your Imagination

Step two of a phenomenal lower back strengthening exercise.
Lie on your stomach with a thin pillow under
the pelvis and your arms stretched out to the
sides. In one motion, lift your arms, legs and
head off the floor approximately 6”. Hold this
position for 2 deep breaths. As you develop
strength try holding the position for longer – 4
or 5 deep breaths. Relax and slowly lower your
head to the floor. Repeat twice.
Alternate this strengthening exercise with the one from last month to exercise different muscles in
the lower back.
