The scapular strengthening exercise will help un-round your shoulders and un-hunch your back.
Lie on the floor with your forehead on a folded facecloth. Place your arms at the sides of your body with your hands near your hips. Equally lift both hands off the floor and hold for 2 deep breaths. Have someone check that your hands are raising to the same height. Repeat 5 times. Next week, add a soup can to each hand. Next week increase the holding to 3 deep breaths. Next week, add a large soup can. Next week increase the repetitions. Make sure you stretch these muscles after doing any strengthening exercises – try the one where you hug your self and then hunch forward.
